The VNQ660SP is a quad channel high-side switch IC with low on-resistance and high current capability. It uses STMicroelectronics' STripFET III Mosfet technology for power switching applications.

The VNQ660SP is packaged in a PowerSO-10, which is a surface-mount package that combines low on-resistance, high current rating, and excellent thermal performance.
